A combination of poses and movements that gently flow together in a way that feels good within the body. We hold poses for longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose to really tune in to how your body feels through mindful movement, awareness and breath. The class is thoughtfully sequenced, allowing you to build strength and flexibility in a calm and mindful way. The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.

Equipment: All equipment will be provided at the class.

What to wear: Please wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in. 

Please note: It is compulsory for you to fill in our Project Active Participant Registration Form before you attend the class. It should only take a few minutes and allows us to better understand our demographic. You will only need to fill this out once per academic year.
